Now this is a GOOD smoothie!! (Day 15)

The smoothie this morning was soo yummy!



Pear Berry Smoothie

Looks like mud in a glass but I swear it's a keeper!




~Pear-Berry Smoothie~

1 Bartlett Pear
3/4 cup Blueberries
3/4 cup Strawberries
2 Big Handfuls Spinach
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup Water
ice or like me, you can use frozen berries and then no ice needed!

This is a GREAT smoothie, I think smoothies are good in general and the ones I make are pretty sweet and mild so it's hard to not like them but....I'm saying this is a favorite! 
My other favorite is my peanut butter and jelly green smoothie.... LOVE Peanut Butter!!! 


It's more than halfway through the Green Smoothie Challenge and I'm feeling good! 
I love getting more greens in my day and I know that I'm making a healthy start to the day so even if the rest of the day goes totally off what I thought I was going to eat, I've at least gotten a super healthy breakfast in.
