Fresh family is about my new job of being a stay-at-home mom to our sweet CBJ. She's our first and is my greatest teacher. And my new constant companion. Married to a great man and owner of a schnauzer.

Now this is a GOOD smoothie!! (Day 15)
The smoothie this morning was soo yummy!
Pear Berry Smoothie
Looks like mud in a glass but I swear it's a keeper!
1 Bartlett Pear
3/4 cup Blueberries
3/4 cup Strawberries
2 Big Handfuls Spinach
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup Water
ice or like me, you can use frozen berries and then no ice needed!

This is a GREAT smoothie, I think smoothies are good in general and the ones I make are pretty sweet and mild so it's hard to not like them but....I'm saying this is a favorite!
I love getting more greens in my day and I know that I'm making a healthy start to the day so even if the rest of the day goes totally off what I thought I was going to eat, I've at least gotten a super healthy breakfast in.
I've got some papers to work on (more on that soon!) so I'll leave you to whatever your evening has in store!
