Both of my Solar Flow classes were high energy and fast paced, really love the movement and energy of those classes. Basics we were more quiet and actually used to wall for part of the practice which I really liked doing.
I'm always to grateful to be able to teach, makes me smile. : )
To start my busy Monday I had half a green smoothie with my peanut butter and half an apple. I saved the rest of the smoothie and had some for dinner/snack.
This was a good one, not too sweet and I thought it was filling even though there wasn't any peanut butter or oats in it.

2 Big Handfuls Spinach
1 Large Comice Pear
1/2 Banana
Handful Goji Berries
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 cup Water
This smoothie was a Mason Jar and a third...I would add more spinach and just use the whole banana next time. That way you get more goodness without the little bit of smoothie leftover that you have no idea what to do with!
