It's Monday. Gonna need some energy. Two smoothie recipes....the Greens should help, right? : )

Monday, Monday, a good day but quite a busy one!

I teach three classes and a private lesson so, the smoothies are a good thing to have around!

I didn't post my smoothie from yesterday so that one is actually coming at you first...



Simple Pear Smoothie w an added twist...



I must say, this smoothie is actually radiating goodness!
Kinda looks like Slimmer but it is a nice color of green.


~Simple Pear Smoothie~

1 Large Bartlett Pear
4 Handfuls Spinach
Water
1 Tablespoon Cocao Powder 
Splash of Vanilla Almond Milk


The twist to this is the Cocao powder, most of the time it turns the smoothie a muddy brown but this one seems to have kept it's color. 
I know I've done this basic smoothie before but it's so good. And so simple. 
I'm a sucker for simplicity.

Onto today's smoothie!! 



Apple Lover's Smoothie and the recipe makes a lot of smoothie!


~Apple Lover's Smoothie~

2 Honeycrisp Apples
2 Handfuls Spinach
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 cup Water
ice
(optional add in would be 1/2 cup oats or 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter)


This is a good large smoothie, it's pretty light and it does tend to separate so you might have to stir it a bit but the flavor is great! 
I LOVE honeycrisp apples they're my favorite of all apples so this smoothie has some good sweetness and a ton of fiber. 

Off the prepare of class, this mornings class was so blissful and opening.  
Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day...and hopefully the week....
