Great Weekend!! (Days 6 & 7)

Whew!

It's Sunday night and we're relaxing here at the Gray house. : )
I taught class tonight, very slow, lots of restorative poses. Yummy.

Then I can home and had a smoothie with dinner.
I also had this smoothie on Saturday....I know, I know, I was trying to be creative and not repeat smoothie recipes BUT this weekend I had one of my very best friends in town so I was running around with her.  I'll be creative this week I promise!



Pear Smoothie






~Pear Smoothie Recipe~

1 Large Comice Pear
3 handfuls Spinach
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2-1 cup Water 


I think this smoothie is sweet but not too sweet (I'm trying to have smoothies be less sweet so my blood sugar won't spike too much). I had the smoothie on Saturday for breakfast and then I had it tonight for part of my dinner. 
Give it a try, I think it's a nice basic green smoothie.

And the color is quite sassy....  : )
